Ferran began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in positions in the finance area. He has also held various positions in industrial companies for more than 20 years, managing operations and sales teams, essentially oriented to the development of projects and sales channels.

Ferran is the founder of the Judo Managementmethodology, based on the principles of judo of maximum efficiency, prosperity and mutual benefit. He has successfully developed this methodology that combines experience in management and Judo principles, with the passion for innovative training. Judo founder, Jigogro Kano, explained that judo means “yield to win”, a clearly strategic approach that Ferran helps apply to reinforce team leadership.

He has participated in programs at the Andrés Bello University (Chile), at the Bosch i Gimpera Foundation (Barcelona University) and other universities, Ferrán also participates in change programs for the organization through innovation and leadership.
