Xavier is an experienced executive, consultant and lecturer with over 20 years of proven expertise in solving strategic challenges in marketing, sales and innovation in B2C markets. He is an expert in the Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Pharmaceutical sectors, and a leader in Marketing and Innovation practices.

He founded Connociam in 2009 after working for over 15 years as a marketer and sales professional at Nestlé, Sara Lee and Panrico-Donuts. What’s more, he held the position of Marketing Manager and was a member on the Management Board, leading national and international teams for over 10 years.

Since 2005 he has acted as a consultant and advisor on various international growth projects. Between 2010 and 2015 he also leadered the Innovation and Entrepreneurship initiatives of ESADECREAPOLIS, ESADE’s Collaborative Open Innovation centre.

Since 1999, Xavier has also been a well recognized professor giving lectures and courses in Innovation, Marketing, and Branding at ESADE, as well as other international universities and prestigious companies.
