With 20 years of experience in innovation and transformation, Vincent has been the leader of the Business &Technology Innovation practice. He graduated as an Industrial Engineer from ESTII in Madrid and Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France. Vincent has expertise in both technical and corporate fields. He is highly qualified in designing and facilitating projects to help teams align and reinforce their strategies, ideas and motivation to accomplish their objectives.

Vincent started out his career in R&D for 5 years in France, the United Kingdom and the USA, working for Schlumberger, a world leader in oilfield services and equipment. Then for over 10 years he worked as a strategy and organization consultant, 5 of which were with Accenture. He carried out projects in a variety of areas, from finance, production management, improved performance of large investment projects, right up to plants digitalization and creating new businesses based on new technologies. Since 2014, Vincent has refined his expertise in innovation and transformation by taking training in as well as applying new approaches such as Creative Problem Solving, Concept-Knowledge, Business Model Generation, Design Thinking and Lean Startup. He has helped large companies such as TechnipFMC, Total, Sanofi, Suez and Air Liquide.

He has lived with his family in Barcelona since 2015 and before that he managed projects in Europe, Asia and Africa.

He combines his regular responsibilities with accompanying startups and giving classes on innovation, agile methods, and creative thinking, in Spain and France.
