Extensive professional career in Marketing, Trade and Shopper Marketing. She is an expert in the definition and development of the Commercial Strategy with an omnichannel approach. She leads the Trade and Shopper Marketing Practice.
Pilar has developed her professional career in leading FMCG companies (Grupo Panrico-Donuts and Unilever) over 15 years, with increasing responsibilities and supervision of direct teams. Her professional career has led her to hold positions of responsibility both, within the Marketing area, and in the Commercial area (Trade and Shopper Marketing / Retail Marketing / Commercial Strategy), being very knowledgeable of the two major markets, both Retail/Large Distribution as Out of House (OOH).
Pilar has led several projects in the Trade and Strategic Marketing fields, both nationally and internationally, covering from the lead of customer motivations and insights (Motivations / brakes of customers, price levels, prescribers, Category Management) channel research, up to the launch of a range of products that meets the specific needs detected. This experience allows her to develop Commercial Strategy projects, ranging from the knowledge of the shopper, to the omnichannel strategy declined to each channel and its translation into action plans to be carried out and their execution guides.
During all this time, she has shown her leadership skills and strategic vision, while at the same time she has consolidated a broad experience in the Marketing & Commercial areas, in a process of continuous personal and professional growth, without fear of facing changes or complicated situations in the environment or in the company.
Pilar holds a degree in Business Administration from the Ramon Llull University (IQS) and earned an MBA in the Fordham University (NY).
