The ITESSS Forum is a forum of innovation and excellence in social services and healthcare. It is a tool that must facilitate the necessary conceptual debate for the transformation of the current social and healthcare models in favour of a new integrated healthcare model.
The ITESSS Forum intends to help in the generation of knowledge and solutions in order to understand and transform this new healthcare model focused on people, thanks to the participation and leadership of many professionals from different areas, organisations and sectors.
The project began in 2011 to become a reference in the innovation of healthcare by working on the needs of the sector and transforming the opportunities identified in the projects. The GESAPH association of professionals, which has expertise in the management of healthcare services, and the innovation centre ESADECREAPOLIS, run by ESADE, were the groups that started the project.
Connociam runs several activities at the ITESSS Forum, as workshops with the participation of the Departments of Health and Social Welfare of the Generalitat de Catalunya and outstanding companies in the social and health sector, such as Novartis, Mutua Terrassa, Telefónica, Indra or SARquavitae, among others, to define innovation lines within the concept of Integrated Care.
